Q1: Where do you ship from and what carriers do you use?
We ship factory-direct from our warehouses in Beijing and ShenZhen, China. We partner with premium carriers including DHL, UPS, 4PX, and Yanwen (Special Line) to ensure your miners arrive safely. The specific carrier is selected based on the destination and the weight of the package.
Q2: How long does delivery take?
Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (Typical for US, EU, Southeast Asia).
Remote Areas: May take 15-25 business days.
Note: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the label is created. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update after we hand over the package to the carrier.
Q3: [IMPORTANT] Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT?
Yes. As is standard with international trade, all orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place).
Buyer Responsibility: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by your local customs authority.
No Refunds for Refusal: If a package is returned because you refused to pay customs fees, we will deduct the return shipping costs and a restocking fee from your refund.
Q4: My tracking says “Label Created” but it hasn’t moved for 2 days. Why?
This is normal for cross-border shipping. “Label Created” means we have packed your order and printed the waybill. The carrier (4PX/Yanwen) has picked it up, but the first scan event may not appear until it reaches the regional sorting hub. Please give it 24-48 hours to update.
Q5: Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For high-value electronics like miners, we cannot ship to PO Boxes via Express carriers (DHL/FedEx) as they require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a physical street address to ensure successful delivery.
Q6: What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?
We insure our packages. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the device arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the device immediately and contact contact@diglucky.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Q1: What exactly is a Solo Miner (Desktop ASIC)?
A Solo Miner is a compact, low-power hardware device designed to mine cryptocurrency individually (“Solo”). Unlike joining a pool where you share block rewards, a Solo Miner attempts to process a block on its own. The Goal: If your device successfully hashes a block, you receive the full block reward (e.g., 3.125 BTC + fees). The Reality: The odds are mathematically low, based purely on network difficulty and hashing probability.
Q2: How much money is this guaranteed to make per day?
Zero. These devices are NOT designed for guaranteed daily income. They are designed exclusively for educational purposes and learning about blockchain technology. Please do not purchase if you are expecting financial profits or guaranteed yields.
Q3: Is it difficult to set up? Do I need coding skills?
No coding is required.
WiFi Models (e.g., LV06, LV08): You connect to the device’s WiFi, enter your pool settings and wallet address on a simple web page, and you’re done. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
USB Models: Require a simple driver installation on your PC. We provide a Quick Start Guide with every package.
Q4: Does the miner need to be connected to a computer 24/7?
WiFi Models: No. Once set up, they run independently. You can turn off your computer.
USB Stick Models: Yes. They draw power and internet from the host computer, so the computer needs to stay on.
Q5: How loud are these miners?
Silent Models: The LV06 and smaller USB sticks are virtually silent.
Fan Models (LV08/LV07): These have active cooling fans. The noise level is comparable to a laptop fan running at high speed (~40-50dB). They are suitable for home offices but maybe not for a quiet bedroom at night.
Q1: What payment methods do you accept?
B2C (Retail): We securely process payments via PayPal and major Credit Cards (processed through PayPal) to ensure buyer protection.
B2B (Wholesale): Our standard payment method for commercial orders is Bank Wire Transfer (T/T). For sample orders or small batches (typically under $1,000), PayPal is also accepted.
Q2: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a cancellation only before the item has shipped. Once you receive the tracking number, the order cannot be cancelled. You would need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return process.
Q3: What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-Day Return Window.
Unopened/New: Full refund minus shipping costs.
Opened/Used: Subject to a 15% Restocking Fee (to cover cleaning, testing, and repackaging).
Defective: Replaced or repaired for free under warranty.
Note: Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the item arrived defective.
Q4: How long is the warranty?
Our warranty coverage depends on the product series:
Luckyminer & Magic Miner Series: Covered by a 6-Month (180-Day) Manufacturer Warranty.
Open-Source Series (Bitaxe, NerdMiner, etc.): Covered by a 30-Day warranty due to their experimental nature.
Q5: Why was my payment declined or marked as “High Risk”?
Our fraud detection system may flag transactions if the billing address doesn’t match the card issuer’s records, or if a proxy/VPN is used. If you believe this is an error, please contact support or try paying via a verified PayPal account.
Q1: Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. As a factory-direct partner, we offer tiered pricing starting at 10 units. The more you buy, the lower the cost per unit. Please visit our [B2B & OEM Page] to request a quote.
Q2: Can I customize the device with my brand (OEM)?
Absolutely. We provide full White Label services including:
Laser engraving your logo on the case.
Customized packaging boxes.
Custom boot-up screens (for WiFi models).
MOQ applies for customization. Contact us for details.
Q3: Can you handle Drop-shipping for my store?
Since we operate in cross-border e-commerce, we are unable to offer drop shipping services. However, we do provide a minimum wholesale order of just 10 pieces, making it convenient for you to stock small quantities and fulfill orders yourself.
Q4: How do I pay for B2B orders?
For bulk orders, we primarily accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer). We provide a formal Commercial Invoice for your accounting and customs clearance needs.
Q5: Can I get a sample unit before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We recommend purchasing a single unit from our store to test the quality and shipping speed. Once you place a bulk order (50+ units), we can credit the cost of the sample back to you.
Q1: My miner is on, but I don’t see any hashrate in the pool. Why?
This usually happens due to:
Wrong Wallet/User Format: Check if the pool requires WalletAddress.WorkerName.
Network Delay: Pools can take 10-15 minutes to display a new worker.
Firewall: Ensure your router isn’t blocking the mining port (usually 3333).
Q2: The LED light is blinking red. What does that mean?
Solid Red: Usually means “Booting up” or “No Internet”.
Blinking Red: Often indicates a connection error with the Mining Pool. Check your WiFi credentials and Pool URL.
Green/Blue: Working normally (Hashing). (Please refer to your specific model’s manual as colors vary slightly).
Q3: Can I mine coins other than Bitcoin (BTC)?
It depends on the algorithm.
SHA-256 Miners (BTC): Can mine Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and eCash (XEC).
Scrypt Miners (LTC/DOGE): Can mine Litecoin and Dogecoin. You cannot mine Bitcoin with a Scrypt miner, or vice versa.
Q4: How do I update the firmware?
We post the latest stable firmware in our Mining Knowledge Center and on our Discord channel. Do not use unofficial firmware as it may void your warranty and brick the device.
Q5: The device gets very hot. Is this normal?
es, mining chips generate heat. The casing is designed to act as a heatsink (especially for aluminum models). As long as the device is hashing and the fan (if equipped) is spinning, it is operating within safe limits. Keep it in a well-ventilated area.
