Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT: Policy Applicability

The Shipping & Return policies outlined on this page apply exclusively to Retail (B2C) orders placed directly through the DigLucky online store.
For Wholesale / B2B Partners: All commercial orders, bulk purchases, and OEM projects are governed strictly by the terms specified in your Proforma Invoice (PI) or Sales Contract. In the event of any discrepancy between this website and your PI, the terms in your PI shall prevail (Standard Incoterms: EXW Shenzhen).

We ship factory-direct from our warehouses in China (Beijing and Shenzhen) to unlock the best prices for you.

1. Order Processing:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships.

2. Estimated Shipping Times (Business Days):

Domestic (China): 2 to 3 business days
Asia / Oceania: 7 to 15 business days
Europe: 9 to 15 business days
North America: 9 to 15 business days
Rest of The World: 9 to 20 business days

3. Shipping Costs (USD):

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (CRITICAL):

DigLucky.com is NOT responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the 100% responsibility of the customer (buyer) (e.g., tariffs, duties, VAT, import taxes).
Our pricing is DAP (Delivered at Place) / DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Please check your local customs policy before ordering.

Package Refusal & Abandonment: If a customer refuses to pay the required import duties or taxes, the package may be destroyed by local customs or returned to China. In such events, the customer is fully liable for any return shipping fees, customs fines, and a 20% restocking fee. These costs will be deducted from any potential refund. If the return costs exceed the order value, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to our hardware. We offer a 30-day return window for most items.

1. Return Eligibility:

Unopened / Changed Mind: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an unopened, unused product in its original packaging.
Defective / Damaged (DOA): You must report any defective or damaged products within 7 business days of delivery. You must provide supporting photos and videos to contact@diglucky.com for verification.
Non-Returnable Items:(1)All B2B & OEM customized products.(2)Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

2. Return Process:

Initiation: To start a return, you must contact our customer service team first at contact@diglucky.com or WhatsApp +86 13718124400 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Address: All authorized returns must be sent to our official operational headquarters. Recipient: Returns Department, Beijing Chafanna Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Address: No. 4, 3rd Floor, Shougang Qiao Meng Yuan, Shijingshan District, Beijing, 100040, China. (Note: Do not return any items without an RMA number provided by our support team.)
Unopened / Changed Mind: The customer is 100% responsible for all return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective / Damaged (DOA): DigLucky will cover the return shipping costs. We will either provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse your standard return shipping costs (receipt required) up to a maximum of $30 USD.

3. Refund Processing:

Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (within 5 business days), we will process your refund.
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal).
Deductions: For “Changed Mind” returns, the original (outbound) shipping fees are non-refundable.

B2B / Wholesale Shipping Protocol

Carrier: We support your preferred forwarders or can recommend our trusted logistics partners (Air/Sea Freight).
Insurance: Cargo insurance is optional but highly recommended for bulk shipments.
Documents: Commercial Invoice and Packing List are provided for seamless customs clearance.
Please refer to your dedicated account manager for specific logistics arrangements.
